Our Story
This book was born from a simple need close to home. When I had my daughter, I searched for a high-contrast baby book created for Hmong families—and couldn’t find one.
With a background in pediatrics, I’ve always understood how meaningful early visual stimulation, language exposure, and simple everyday interaction can be during a baby’s first years. So I created the book I wished we had: a black-and-white board book designed with developing eyes in mind while naturally introducing early first Hmong words during tummy time, story time, and quiet moments together.
This project began with one simple idea, inspired by my daughter and created with care for little eyes, growing minds, and Hmong families who want to keep language close from the very beginning.
